Holistic healing became my path

For a long time, I struggled with my hormones and mental health, feeling completely out of touch with my body. I was overwhelmed with my health challenges and frustrated by the endless solutions that never seemed to work. Holistic healing became my path, and practices like journaling, nourishing my body with whole foods, feeling and processing emotions, prioritizing rest, and mindful movement, all became essential tools that guided me in reconnecting with my inner wisdom.

This journey transformed me in ways I never expected, and it ultimately inspired me to become a Holistic Health Coach and create journaling spaces where others can experience their own healing and growth. My mission is to help women like you embrace your health with curiosity and compassion, and to show you that healing isn’t just about your body—it’s about every part of you.

Taking care of yourself is the most beautiful thing you can do. When you begin that journey, everything starts to shift.

Credentials + experience

I hold a degree in Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University and am registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

I completed the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition - where I went to further specialize in hormone health and gut health. I have also studied in Somatic Experiencing to help releasing trauma that is stored in the body.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and create lasting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Your space with you is a heart-centered guided meditation + journaling experience designed to nurture self-connection and meaningful community.

For me, one of the most powerful practices on my own healing journey has been journaling. It gave me the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with myself in ways I had never imagined. It became my sanctuary—a place where I could dream, release, grow, and, most importantly, heal. The more I immersed myself in this practice, the more I realized how vital it was to create a space for others to experience the same.

Your space with you was born from this passion for journaling and self-discovery. I wanted to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where people could come together to reflect, release, and transform. A space where vulnerability is welcomed, and growth is celebrated.

Through virtual + in person group journaling sessions, we cultivate a space that allows each participant to explore their thoughts, emotions, and dreams with intention and care. It's a practice that has changed my life, and it is my hope that it can do the same for you.
